Returns

Returns 


You have up to 14 days from the day you receive your goods to return your order. If you wish to cancel, you must inform us of this decision by email to hello@OXONpharma.com with your order reference number and intent to cancel. We can only accept items that are eligible for resale i.e. unopened, sealed and in their original packaging. You are responsible for the cost of returning the items. We will then provide a refund to your original method of payment within 14 days of receiving the items. We advise that you obtain a proof of postage when you return the item. We also recommend that you use an insured, trackable delivery service.

In the unlikely event that you receive a faulty, damaged or incorrect product, please contact us as soon as possible on hello@OXONpharma.com attaching photos of the items where possible, and letting us know your order reference number. We aim to respond to messages within 48 hours. Please note that some investigations can take longer.

We will advise you how to arrange the return*, and if the product(s) is found to be faulty, we will provide a replacement or refund within 14 days. We will also refund your return postage costs if the item is faulty or damaged.

We advise that you obtain a proof of postage when you return the items. Please do not return faulty items without a returns number.

If a returned item is found not to be faulty under testing, then you will be required to pay the cost of return postage to us.

 

Late or missing refunds (if applicable) 

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. 
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. 
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. 
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at hello@OXONpharma.com.

 

Sale items

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded. 

 

Exchanges (if applicable) 


We only replace opened items if they are defective or damaged. If you wish to exchange your purchase for another item, send us an email at hello@OXONpharma.com. However, you will be required to pay the cost of return postage to us, as well as the additional postage charge for the new items. We can only accept items that are in resellable condition i.e. unopened, sealed and in their original packaging. Send your item to: 23 Noel Street, W1F 8GT, London, United Kingdom.

 

Shipping 

*To return your product, you should mail your product to: OXON, 23 Noel Street, W1F 8GT, London, United Kingdom.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over GBP 70, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
